Next Club Social Night: Thursday 15 July

The Interim trip ventured out on three separate tramps over three weeks exploring the Rees–Dart, the Wilkin–Young and the Matukituki Valley and making side trips to Cascade Saddle, Top Forks, Lake Crucible, Shotover Saddle and Liverpool Hut. Graeme McGowan and Keith Ayton will present the stories and amazing photos.

Under 40's Meeting - Thursday 15 July 2010

The under 40's group is meeting at 6:30pm at the Cock and Bull in New Market. Come along and meet other young trampers! I will be wearing a name tag so you can easily identify me. Its a really nice warm pub when its freezing cold outside and a good way to meet other club members and plan cool trips!

After that, we will head up the hill to the main Auckland Tramping Club monthly meeting, which starts at 7:30pm. The ATC meeting is held at Remuera Bowling Club, 6 Market Road, Remuera.

Monthly Club Nights

Once a month, informal meetings are held to hear guest speakers, discuss future trips and to socialize. Meetings are usually held on the third Thursday of each month (except December and January and some public holidays).

• Doors open at 7.30 pm for an 8.00 pm start. Light refreshments are available from 7.30pm.
• New members are most welcome.
• NOTE: Every club night is also a "Bring & Buy" night for those wishing to buy or sell tramping gear.

Enter the foyer via the central doors at the front of the club building (or via the carpark side access), pass through the glass doors (push the green button if closed) and take the stairs to the 1st floor meeting room.

You may drive into the club grounds via the driveway between 3 and 5A Dromorne Rd (off Market Road).

Parking is available along the driveway, or continue round and behind the building to further parking.

Alternatively, you may park on Market Road and take the pedestrian access from street level through the gates and down to the main building.
